PROHIBITION OF CSAE CONTENT

Cheers Dating LTD has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAE/CSAM).

The following content is strictly prohibited on Cheers:

• Any visual, written, or digital content that sexually exploits minors
• Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation

ENFORCEMENT

• Users must be 18 years or older to register
• User-reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours
• Violations result in immediate account suspension and are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
• Cheers cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations
